The Foreign Exchange Market is primarily an interbank market.Since there is no centralized place or geographically focused activity. The transactions are conducted over the telephone and using the computer systems communicates through thousands of points in the world. Stakeholders who dominate this market are institutional and they provide a guarantee to purchasers that
"negotiations conclude and settle in safely". This segment generates a considerable part of all transactions that are done on the currency. Transactions occur between institutional volume of turnover and the most important point is foreign exchange market is the most liquid msrket for all the  markets in the worldwide.

Why Forex is the largest market in the World ?

All transactions in foreign currency is estimated each day to over 1.5 billion Euros.The foreign exchange market is traditionally open to banks and large financial institutions. These large groups have achieved successful operations given their positions and their knowledge of rules of the market.Today the market was open to other stakeholders, brokers, traders in currencies,
portfolio managers and even retail investors. All this has become possible through real-time interconnection of all stakeholders and through the Internet.We are very thankful to internet.

How Forex works?
With the help of fundamental analysis and technical analysis, individual investor can make
very large profits by buying or selling a specific currency against the euro or other currency. The currencies that have a large market are those of large countries that have strong economies and stable governments, in which the banks play a central role to contain the inflation rate. The currency most often exchanged in the Dollar, the Yen, British Pound, the Euro and now may be soon
the Yuan. All of these currencies are very liquid as opposed to more exotic currencies
they do not have a large market  enough to ensure their liquidity. Countries suffering from political instability or economic problems using  their growth money to support their economies which use the currency depreciation for expand their exports. These behaviors lead to higher inflation and
cause weakness of their currencies.

Winning the up or down:
Traders can generate profits regardless of the direction of changes in the price of a currency
labeled either by buyer or seller against another currency. Take a long position (long) is to buy one currency and wait for the price rises to resell and makethe  benefit. Taking a short position (short) is to sell one currency and wait for its course down to the purchase and take his profit. Forex is open 24 hours and it  is open almost permanently covering the world It enables participants to have access to quotations 24 to 24 H the exception of the time each weekend. Although the forex market is open permanently and covers the whole world, its activity during a cycle of a day varies considerably depending on the type of currency. Indeed the different places international financial opening one after the other according to their time zones. Places the most important in forex are Sydney, Tokyo, London and New York. Traders must take into account that are they operating on the market at a given time, to anticipate their reactions and thus better predict the currencies in the future. The fact that this market is open 24 hours  is a great advantage for investors.
