I would like to thank my friend for his unfailing encouragement, support and criticism. I am typing on and on with interest and enthusiasm. I am most grateful to him for reading and suggesting alterations, improvements and additions on property.

Anyway, take the chance now to reflect a little on what I have:

The labor-backed Working Families Party sent out a press release touting the new Siena poll findings that more voters support a "circuit breaker" over a property tax cap. "It's no surprise. I found this one on today, quite interesting:

This one in Pittsburgh.  He was charged with receiving stolen property.  Notably, a gun.  Also had some drug convictions too.  He's being charged with being a felon-in-posession and is raising a second amendment claim to get the charges dismissed. Like I said a few days ago, The Court did us a favor by keeping these types of cases out of the running for serious consideration by The Court.  We don't want unsymapthetic defendants deciding what the bounds of our second amendment rights will ..[More].

While more information waited to be found, that is what I found:

The New York City Mayor's Office of Film, Theatre and Broadcasting (MOFTB) has just issued its final set of rules governing when permits are needed to take pictures in public property. These rules were the subject of much debate last summer, when they were first proposed and then quickly withdrawn and revised. The rules have improved with each revision.
