Borrowers who use mortgage brokers to find the most suitable mortgage loan on the market may face a broker fee. The stage at which this repayment is due depends on the mortgage broker. Online Brokerage As Vice President of pm Hospitality Strategies, Rob Buccini leads the business development efforts including finding new deals for the company and managing hotel development construction projects.

Prior to co-founding The Buccini/Pollin Group, Rob worked for the New York City Economic Development Corp., the City of New York`s primary economic development vehicle. His responsibilities included: Structuring the NYC Discovery Fund SBIC, a $135MM venture capital fund investing in New York`s advanced technology businesses; project manager for the sale of a 42% interest in the United Nations Plaza Hotel; negotiating the city`s retention of office tenants such as Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, CBS, etc.; and project manager for the Brooklyn Renaissance Plaza, a 1.4 million square foot mixed used project which includes a 350-room Hilton Hotel. Prior to that engagement, Mr. Buccini worked with Kenneth D. Laub & Company, a New York City-based real estate investment, brokerage, asset management, and consulting concern. At Laub, Rob`s primary involvement was in debt restructuring and the purchase of distressed commercial properties. Mr. Buccini also has a construction and development background, working with his family`s E. J. DeSeta Company and ASEC Development Corp.

Robert Buccini received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University.
