Commodity Broker # Streamlining the approval processing for reclaiming old industrial sites that may have some contamination.

Brokerage House "These recommendations are designed to address the region's concerns about growth, development and transportation through sound smart growth principles," said Peter Palmer, a Somerset County freeholder and chairman of the planning authority's freight initiatives committee.

Real Estate Broker Exam "By capturing these goods close to the port, we will reduce truck traffic on our roads and steer development into areas already served by existing roads, rails and other infrastructure," Palmer said.
